I began my journey in the hearing aid industry in December of 1979 with Beltone, by January 1982, I had acquired first office, proudly becoming an authorized Beltone dispenser.
In 1988, I joined the International Hearing Aid Society, achieving certification in 1989 and obtaining Certificate of Competency as an Audioprosthologist in March of 1993.
I also had the privilege of serving on the Alabama Hearing Aid Dealers Board and spent many years on the Beltone Advisory Board.
My business grew significantly as my family worked alongside me. We expanded to 32 clinics that spanned from Jackson, MS, to Atlanta, GA, and from Florence, AL, to Gulf Shores, AL.
Our company garnered numerous accolades, including the esteemed Beltone Presidents Cup in 2005—the pinnacle of honor for a dispenser.
We sold our businesses,
and I retired in 2018.
Yet, after six years in retirement, I discovered that I missed helping others enhance their quality of life. Thus, I am eager to return and serve the many individuals who deserve the gift of improved hearing.
